If the documents have more than one page then the certifier must write or stamp ‘I certify this and the following [number of pages] pages to be a true copy of the original as sighted by me’. The certifier should provide their full name, occupation, phone number, data, address and signature on the copy of the document. Then the copies are said to be certified copies.
